We are not alone.

Hi, I’m Katy Skye Corbin - and if you’re here, I’m guessing something in your body, your mind, or your life has started shifting in ways nobody really prepared you for. I get it, because I’ve been there.

When perimenopause arrived at my door, it didn’t knock politely. It came with anxiety I’d never experienced before, brain fog that made me question myself, and a body that suddenly felt like a stranger. As someone who was (along the path) diagnosed with ADHD, I found that this transition amplified everything - the overwhelm, the emotional intensity, the feeling of being completely unmoored. And honestly? I wished someone had been there to guide me through it with real tools and real understanding, not just a pamphlet and a prescription.

That experience has become my calling. I went searching for answers and found them in the power of breath and mindful movement - practices that don’t just manage symptoms but actually transform the way you live in your body. I became a certified Perimenopause and Menopause Health Coach through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute, an E-RYT 200 yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance and YACEP certified, and a certified facilitator of Max Strom’s Breathe to Heal method. I’ve trained in Inner Axis movement because I believe healing happens when we connect breath, body, and emotion in one integrated practice.

I especially love working with women whose brains work a little differently from the neurotypical. If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause alongside ADHD, anxiety, depression, or other forms of neurodivergence, I want you to know: you’re not broken, you’re not “too much,” and you’re not imagining it. These transitions hit neurodivergent women harder, and the standard advice often falls short. My approach is built around how your brain actually works - with compassion, flexibility, and practices that meet you where you are on any given day.

I’m also a certified professional declutterer and organizer, because I’ve learned that the chaos outside often mirrors the chaos inside. Clearing physical space can be a profound act of self-care during a time when everything feels overwhelming. I weave this into my coaching for clients who need it, because sometimes the path to inner calm starts with the room around you.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect. Book a free 20-minute discovery call and let’s talk about what’s possible for you.
