This is a deeply personalized journey combining mindful movement, breathwork, and a personalized action plan — all tailored to your body, your hormones, and your life stage. Whether you’re navigating the early shifts of perimenopause or settling into menopause, this package meets you exactly where you are.
Over 3 to 6 months, we’ll work together through biweekly or monthly private sessions to build a sustainable practice that calms your nervous system, eases symptoms like sleep disruption and anxiety, and helps you feel at home in your body again. You’ll also receive a customized plan and ongoing support between sessions so you never feel like you’re figuring this out alone.
