My name is Katy Skye Corbin and I am a certified Perimenopause and Menopause Health Coach (IWHI), E-RYT 200 yoga instructor, and Breathe to Heal facilitator. I guide women through midlife transitions using mindful movement, breathwork, and personalized, simple action plans with a special focus on those navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression alongside hormonal changes.
