Breathe to Heal: 8 Week Group Journey
This is an event series

Transform together. Breathe together. Heal together.

An intimate group of 6–10 women exploring the life-changing power of breath and mindful movement as a path through perimenopause and menopause. Each week combines teaching, guided Breathe to Heal and Inner Axis practice, and honest conversation in a supportive circle of women who understand what you’re going through.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn to use your breath to manage symptoms like anxiety, insomnia, mood swings, and brain fog — and you’ll build a movement practice that grows with you. This program offers the power of shared experience at a more accessible investment than private coaching.

Includes:

  • 8 weekly live group sessions (75 min each)

  • Guided breathwork and movement practice each week

  • Private online community for between-session support

  • Recorded replays for any sessions you miss
